UPDATED: Chicago Law School faculty hated Obama

UPDATE #7: Since I continue to get blasted with emails (supportive, critical and ones asking to interview me as having written some kind of 'special report' which I did not do), I am removing those parts of this post that I did not myself investigate. You can click over to the original source. Honestly, I have 4500+ posts on this blog that I would rather people read than this one. I can't say I dislike the additional hits, but passing on allegations that I didn't myself investigate (and can't confirm) isn't what I want this blog to be known for.

[UPDATE #5: Please go to the bottom and read the updates. This post consists of general allegations passed down from another blog. This was a minor post that I put up almost a month ago and honestly there is far more serious concrete goings on right now with the Obama administration than dwelling on these allegations that many appear to be doing now. I'll say once again as I've said to several emailers, I didn't do the original investigation of this. This was a pass-down from another blog cited in the post, and these are allegations from sources that I haven't confirmed.]

Here was that video that I posted back in January (Video: Former Constitutional Law Professor Obama makes up quotes in SOTU not found in the Constitution):
For a constitutional senior lecturer, it's also noteworthy that Obama doesn't know what car insurance covers

UPDATE: Doug Ross updates with this: Most Transparent President Ever Has Bar Records Redacted This Week, Leaving Only Traces of His Existence Some Betamax Videos and a Fraternity Pin

UPDATE #2: Another from Doug Ross: Rub a dub dub, how many IDs does one profile need? Obama is only transparent in the sense that his past is invisible.

UPDATE #3: Eugene Volokh isn't buying any of this: Massive Problems with Anti-Obama Allegations That Have Been Making the Rounds Recently. I think that's fair enough insofar as these are allegations that I forwarded on from Doug Ross. That being said, he is in fact the most secretive President in my memory as even his college transcripts are to this day hidden under lock and key. And he wasn't a Professor, as he has claimed. He was a lecturer: Sweet: Obama did NOT "hold the title" of a University of Chicago law school professor.

UPDATE #4: I'm surprised this story is making such rounds in April, almost one month after I posted it as basically a pass-down from Doug. I think it's gone viral mostly because the implications of the allegations don't paint O in a positive way. That being the case, I should point out that there is a whole lot more concrete evidence out there to be opposed to than dwelling on Obama's past. Not that it's irrelevant, but rather than there are bigger fish to fry. This was a post that just caught my eye on that day. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Apparently, others do.

UPDATE #6: From The Examiner: White House to media--'Don't report what you discover'
In light of numbing revelations over the last several days concerning fraudulent statements on Barack Obama's resume, this piece of information curiously comes to light.  The White House has instructed the 'mainstream media' not to report what they may discover.
The White House directive was issued as part of a deal struck between the Office of the President and reporters of the mainstream media.

  1. It's a shame that I'm too ugly to be a TV commentator. This is another topic that I've been wanting some visibility on forever. I'm not willing to do the leg work to really research it and put it on paper with facts.

But, I've been saying forever that Obama has never spent a minute as a professor. If there had been a single republican who ever had Obama as a teacher, he would have been telling us what a crappy prof he was. More significant and important, there has never been a single democrat come forward and tell us what a great teacher he was, even when republicans were questioning his qualifications.

Hard to believe not a single person remembers having the president as his teacher in school.

  2. It doesn't surprise me that our President is a big fraud.

  4. Ed: Local press in Chicago has quoted numerous former students who liked him as a lecturer.

As for whether he was a "professor," the term has come to mean two things. Outside of acadamia, it's used to refer to anyone with advanced degrees who does any sort of teaching or lecturing at a university. Obama was a professor in this sense.

Of course it also has a technical definition that defines pay grades and leads to infighting amongst faculty. It was reported and known to anyone who cared to look into it that Obama was never - and never claimed to be - a professor in this sense. In the big picture, who cares?

  5. Is our president a card board cut out or a political ideologue? If we are going to say one, we have a hard time saying the other. My impression is and has always has been, that Obama is a fraud. He is riding a wave provided by his supporters in the Chicago Machine. He does not take leadership, because there is no leader there. He is inept because he lacks the wisdom that comes from actually doing things with your life. But one thing he is good at, and that is selling a constant line of BS that too many people continue to believe.

What is the issue here about grades? That is a matter of record.

  9. Obama is so smart because Magna Cum Laude sounds like it means something and he taught at least one class, so there...he's a genius.

Hey, you 4-year-old lib-tards: Find his grades, publications, ACTUAL birth certificate, etc., and post them...or shut the up!!! The choir's not buying your BS or his.

You see, this is what irritates me about liberals...they rarely (if ever) have any substance to their argument. There is no rational or reasonable defense to this sham of a POTUS we have. All they do is repeat some ridiculous phrases they learned or call names...like mindless sheep. Facts don't matter. Substance is irrelative. Excuse my crudeness but you could have Obama on video, in a crowded mall, raping small animals and liberals would praise how wonderful he was, how he cared for the animals and how anyone saying anything else is a racist and/or a hatemonger.

The Ultra-Libs do not care for apathy is a way of life for them. The 21% think they represent the Democrats and are far too presumptuous in speaking as if they were a unified party…But this is par for the course and is made manifest through the idea that healthcare should take precedence over Jobs.

That's something I noticed a while back and I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees it. Most of that 21% will insist their winning horse is doing a great job, too, all the while living with the negative effects his policies have on their incomes and lives...even if nowadays some of them only tell you how great he is if asked.

Regarding the blog post, none of this surprises me and although it's only rumor, I don't doubt that it's true. That it doesn't surprise me doesn't mean that it doesn't still turn my stomach.

Maybe we should have just kept saying that to all the leftist freaks whining about Bush - 8 long years of telling them BUSH WON, GET OVER IT. Instead, we kept ourselves civil. A notion many on the left don't seem to have a grasp on.

  42. Fools. The notion is embodied in the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause.

    ReplyDelete
  43. There is absolutely no reason in the world for an attorney to continue registering annually with the Illinois ARDC when he plans to move to Washington and serve as President, rather than practicing law in Illinois. By taking an inactive status with the ARDC, he does not stop being a lawyer. Instead, he merely stops being a licensed officer of the Illinois Courts--a status he can renew at any time he wants to start practicing in Illinois again.

And the promise of equality is enshrined in the Constitution, under the equal protection clause.

And he is a constitutional scholar. After serving as the elected President of the Harvard Law Review and then graduating, he joined a constitutional law practice and also taught constitutional law.

Finally, full law school professors are sometimes ego-centric, entrenched, blowhards who feel threatened by the up and coming talent. I am not at all surprised to hear that some have taken cheap self-serving shots at Obama, just as I am not surprised to read your cheap shots.

  50. You know, it comes down to one thing. Does the MAJORITY of people in this country agree with his policies? NO!!!! And you can't have it both ways. We heard over and over how Bush lost the popular vote and "stole" the election despite the highest court in the land confirming the electoral vote as the final answer. We heard over and over that 53% voting for him as President gave him a mandate. So what does 56% AGAINST the healthcare bill mean? Apparently NOTHING. Hypocrisy, plain and simple. I have to live with the 53% who went nuts and voted for this guy, but he doesn't have to listen to the majority of Americans? Who says this is the greatest legislation ever? One crazy guy on a blog? This is a Republic, founded on Democratic principles. If I have to live with it, so does everybody else. Get over yourself. You don't get to think for everyone.

Well that's perfect, because we think the same about conservatives.

Is there no low you will not stoop to? I have not heard one single apology from any conservative now that it has been determined that the Acorn videos of the pimp episode were completely faked, and there was no evidence that Acorn did anything wrong. Why? BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SORRY for lying, cheating, and wrecking every single person/organization that has an agenda different than their own.

And guess what? The Congress does not HAVE TO LISTEN to the "majority." The "majority" of people DO NO0T disagree with the halth care reform, that is more FOX news fabrication. But the "majority" you refer to is not always right.

I'm unplugging from all politics because I am SICK to DEATH of the hatred and vitriolic shit that the Rethugs are spewing. We won the last election with a LANDSLIDE because the Rethugs ruined the country, we passed legislation that every American will benefit from, and before the end of the year, WE ARE GOING TO OPENLY SERVE AS GAY IN THE MILITARY. So get the fuck over it or go die, you filthy racist hoomophobic bastards.

You'd find that BO was a well-liked lecturer and teacher, a remarkable student, and a compelling American story. 62. You know, reading the comments of politically charged blogs always makes me laugh.
Obama lied about his credentials. He had all of his educational records sealed. He has close, personal ties to people that even the most fervent Obama supporters wouldn't so much as allow in their homes, let alone call friend. Most of the campaign promises he made have proven to be false. His team worked hard to portray him as a genius intellectual moderate with a strong social agenda. The reality is that he has proven to be a moderately intellectual blowhard with a socialist agenda. Just the other day he was asked a simple question: If he thinks raising taxes on an overtaxed population during a recession that has millions already struggling is a wise idea. Instead of intelligently answering the question and putting whatever spin on it he'd like, Obama game a rambling, incoherent, meandering, 2800 word, 17 minute response that had absolutely nothing to do with the question that was asked.
Naturally, this makes me believe that he may have, in fact, been a law professor, regardless of what the credentials prove. That being said, he has been consistently incorrect on constitutional issues (as well as economic issues, national security issues, foreign policy issues, etc.).
What those comrades on the left need to start thinking about is simple: Is it okay to lie to get ahead and get what you want, or is there some point where, as an elected official or hopeful representative, you have a duty to be honest and actually tell the truth? Is it okay for a person to lie to become President simply because he has a "d" next to his name? Is there truth to the idea that morality and honesty are virtues that should be rewarded and immorality and deception are traits that should be punished? Considering the bile and hatred directed at Bush for the perception that he "lied" to justify (insert liberal blame phrase here), you'd think the far left in this country was demanding truth, transparency, and honesty. What happened to that? Specifically, those of you who insist he was a good student, editor of the HLS Law Review, etc., can you prove it, or are we relying on the fact that it hasn't been reported by the mainstream media news outlets to the contrary? Because Obama filed paperwork, which was granted, to seal all of his records from College through Law School. And the claim that he was a well liked professor/lecturer/teacher is unsubstantiated. As a matter of fact, I looked into it - there have been few (if any, I couldn't find one) who have come forward to say so whose names were listed.
Lawyers are held to a higher standard by the ABA. Just to get your license, you have to list every apartment or home you've lived in, every school you went to, every job you've had, and people you've known. Apparently, to become President, you don't have to do any of that. But the fact remains that Barrack Obama had all of his records sealed so not one claim of being a good student, not one shred of evidence that he served as the HLS Law Review Editor, and not one paper, grade, or notation on his record is available to the public. Funny how he wouldn't want any of his claims either substantiated or debunked, isn't it?
There's an old saying: If you aren't guilty, you have nothing to hide. Well please explain then why Obama hid all of his school records?
The louder the left shouts to try and keep information out of the publics eye, the more concerned we should all be about tyranny, legitimacy, and the failure of our elected representatives to actually represent us.
The fact that the white house is offering access to the President if they don't report certain things terrifies me because the press used to be a natural check on the power of the entire government. The farther we stray from that, the worse things get, and the higher the chance that our republic falls.

  64. So far Mr.Obama has been caught doing everything the Left claimed Bush was doing but could never prove, lying, ignorance, concealing the truth about his past, making false campaign promises, expanding wars, giving jobs to incompetents, misquotes, fabrications about public documents and passing secret unread bills.
