Been a bit of time since my last posts on Rep. Rangel (here, here and here). In short, Rangel is corrupt and a known tax cheat. If he were an average Joe, he'd be up on charges. But those on Capital Hill, especially Democrats, are exempt. Here's the very classy Charles going Chuckie on a constituent:
